Salvation Jayne @ The Windmill, Ashford
Took a last minute decision to head over to Ashford on Friday night and check out the amazing Salvation Jayne. A four piece band from Kent with all the dirty, sexy Blues soul you will ever need in your life, and for me that’s a lot!
I’ve been to see Salvation Jayne a few times now around Kent and they never fail to blow my mind. I am a die-hard fan already. Where do I begin? Continue reading “Salvation Jayne @ The Windmill, Ashford”
Kirk Fletcher and the Katie Bradley Band
Last night I went along to check out Kirk Fletcher at the Duke of Cumberland in Whitstable. I’ve been to this venue a few times before to see some pretty cool acts including the always excellent Tener Duende. I really like The Duke, they’ve gone all out in supporting live music and for that I am truly grateful. Continue reading “Kirk Fletcher and the Katie Bradley Band”
Black Stone Cherry @ The SSE Arena
Just got home from a totally awesome gig at the SSE Arena in Wembley headlined by Black Stone Cherry with support from Airbourne and Theory of a Deadman. He’s absolutely nailing the vocal style I love and the format of singing and playing lead guitar in a four-piece like that is just what I’m after. It’s always nice to go to a gig and get home just itching to pick up a guitar and write something. Continue reading “Black Stone Cherry @ The SSE Arena”
